The experience begins with your team, quite literally. Participants create wonderfully imperfect portraits of one another using a fun blind drawing technique. Those portraits then travel around the room, passing through different hands as colleagues add colour, patterns, shapes and visual interpretations inspired by your company values, culture and event theme. Nobody owns a piece and nobody can erase what came before; every new contribution becomes part of its story.

As the artwork evolves, the portraits are transformed and brought together as a bold collage. Much like the faces, lines and overlapping elements are Drawn Together to make your unique identity. Your company colours and logo can be incorporated into the creative direction, alongside imagery and ideas that represent who you are as an organization. The individual pieces may look completely different, but together they begin to tell one shared story.

Teams then arrange their artwork onto a series of coordinated panels before a Curatorial Team brings them together to create the complete Collective Canvas. Faces, ideas, colours and contributions from across the room become one unique masterpiece; created by your people, inspired by your culture and designed to hang proudly in your office long after the event.

More than a traditional corporate team painting activity, Drawn Together is about what happens when we let go of individual ownership and allow other people to build on our ideas. It's creative, collaborative and surprisingly personal! No artistic experience is required.
