Overview
Your team will create a “Breaking News AI” PowerPoint broadcast reporting on the Building a Dream event.
Using AI tools and software, your goal is to produce a short news-style presentation that captures the event and explains it to colleagues across the company who are not attending.
Your story should highlight the activity, the impact of the charity initiative, and how the experience reflects the meeting themes of adapting to change, collaboration, communication, trust, and leadership, as well as the company values of Respect, Integrity, Sustainability, Innovation, and Safety.
Live Reporting
To bring the event to life:
- Identify one in-person participant to act as your news anchor. They will provide live update as well as media for your to include
- Capture photos, short videos, quotes, or updates from the bicycle build
- Incorporate these into your presentation as part of your live news coverage
Final Presentation
Your final Breaking News broadcast should:
- Be maximum 3 minutes
- Delivered using PowerPoint from your virtual room to the team in Calgary
- Be delivered by one presenter from your team (decide this in advance)
- Tell a clear, engaging story of the event and its impact
