Alexandra has been engaging teams through learning, motivation and fun for over 25 years, and has worked across a vast array of industries, for companies including Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Bayer, Teck Resources to name a few.

Originally from the UK, Alexandra has helped hundreds of leading UK companies to provide measurable training and team building programs, managed food and beverage teams in Europe, and delivered inspiring and engaging events for one of the premiere team building and training companies in the UK.

After moving to Canada fifteen years ago, Alexandra saw a space in the market for highly interactive and measurable activities that offer a comprehensive understanding of the unique cultural and business needs in Canada. From this, Eventology was born.

Drawing on her own experiences, having travelled extensively and worked with many different cultures throughout her years, Alexandra understands the difficulties that can be presented when leading and managing multi-cultural workforces in Canada.

Furthermore, as one of Eventology’s founders, Alex has led and trained her own remote Management & Training Team, giving her firsthand experience of the ups and downs of a leader’s journey in the modern world.
