In just 90 minutes, our expert fromager will teach you how to make the most delicious mozzarella you may ever taste! You will soon receive a kit with the ingredients needed to become the stretch off champion in this interactive and fun activity.
All you will need to source is the milk.
Pre-event steps:
Step #1: Buy 4 liters of non-homogenized milk
Step #2: Have the kit you received on hand.
Step #3: R emove the milk from the refrigerator at least 3 - 4 hours before the start of the event.
Step #4: Ensure that your technology works and everything is plugged in or charged.
Step #5: Ensure you have video and chat enabled and is switched on.
Step #6: Get dressed ready to make and eat CHEESE!

Your Fromagers
Alexis is a trained chef who began teaching cheese making classes and developing cheese making kits over 8 years ago. Jeremy has over 15 years of experience in the food, beverage and hospitality industry. Alexis and Jeremy met 5 years ago and collaborated to create the Cheese Maker Company. They sell their cheese kits and virtual event services to thousands of people across North America.

Your kit will include:
- Cheese cloth
- Milk thermometer
- Microbial rennet (vegetarian)
- Citric acid
- Fine cheese salt
- Recipe booklet
What you need:
Set up your equipment in your kitchen. Preferably near a burner or stove top. You will also need the following items or something similar to hand at your workspace.
- 1 pot that can hold at least 4 liters of milk and gives you room to stir. Stainless steel is preferred.
- 1 slotted spoon (slotted spoon)
- 2 measuring cups (1 cup and 1/2 cup)
- Measuring spoons (1 tsp and 1/2 tsp)
- 1 long blade knife
- 1 cutting board
- 1 large bowl with a strainer that fits on top
- 1 cup of filtered water

Note: For anyone who can't get their hands on non-homogenized milk, the next best thing is regular 3.25% milk (not organic, no additives, not ultra pasteurized) and 1 litre of half and half cream (not organic, no additives, not ultra pasteurized).
