Ingredients
1oz of Rum
1oz of Peach nectar
1oz Elderflower cordial
1oz of Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Topped with Bubbles!

Method
Combine peach nectar, elderflower cordial and lemon juice in your shaker.
Add ice and shake well to chill your cocktail.
Strain your cocktail into your chilled wine glass.
Top with Bubbles.
Garnish with lemon.

2oz Pineapple juice
1oz of Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1oz of Peppermint simple syrup
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Egg white
Garnish
24 Karat edible gold leaf
Method
Make a peppermint simple syrup.
Combine all ingredients in your shaker.
Dry shake to emulsify egg white.
Add ice and shake well to chill your cocktail.
Fine strain your cocktail into your chilled glass.
Garnish with edible gold leaf
