- 6 x Limes.
- 1 x Ginger root (2 inch min.)
- 1 x egg (per drink)
- Course sea salt

4 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz of fresh lime juice
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Ginger Sour

1oz of ginger simple syrup
