Sour

Ingredients

1oz of Rum
2oz of Strawberry & kiwi juice
1oz Fresh lime juice
1 Dash of Angostura bitters
Topped with bubbles!

Garnish

Lime

Method

Combine the rum, strawberry kiwi juice and lime juice
in your shaker. Add ice and shake well to chill
your cocktail. Strain your cocktail into your chilled glass.
Top with Bubbles.
Garnish with lemon and Angostura bitters.

2oz Pineapple juice
1oz of Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1oz of Peppermint simple syrup
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Egg white

Garnish

24 Karat edible gold leaf

Method

Make a peppermint simple syrup.
Combine all ingredients in your shaker.
Dry shake to emulsify egg white.
Add ice and shake well to chill your cocktail.
Fine strain your cocktail into your chilled glass.
Garnish with edible gold leaf
