Breakfast In Seville

Espresso Cinnatini

Ingredients

1.5 oz vodka
1 oz chai tea infused vermouth
1.5 oz orange juice
1oz lemon juice
1 tablespoon marmalade
egg white

Garnish

3 drops angostura bitters
orange peel

Method

Combine all ingredients in your shaker
Dry shake to emulsify egg whites
Add ice and shake well to chill your cocktail
Strain your cocktail into the rocks glass
Add garnish

Ingredients

2 oz vodka
1 oz co ee infused vermouth or
3 oz oat milk (mocktail)
1oz irish cream liqueur
1oz cinnamon simple syrup

Garnish

3 drops angostura bitters
3 coffee beans

Method

Make cinnamon simple syrup
Infuse vermouth/oat milk (mocktail) with coffee grinds folded inside coffee filter
Combine all ingredients in shaker
Dry shake
Add ice to shaker and shake again
Strain into martini or rocks glass
Add garnish
