Ingredients

2oz of Gin
1oz of Dry Vermouth
1oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1oz of lavender simple syrup
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Egg white

Method

Combine all ingredients in your shaker.
Dry shake to emulsify egg white.
Add ice and shake well to chill your cocktail.
Fine strain your cocktail into your chilled glass.
Garnish Angostura Bitters.

Ingredients

1.5oz of Gin
1oz of Butterfly Pea Shoot & Lemongrass Vermouth
1oz of Freshly squeezed lime juice
5 Lime leaves
Top with tonic

Method

Muddle in 3 lime leaves.
Combine ingredients in your shaker.
Add ice and shake well to chill your cocktail.
Fill your tall glass with ice.
Strain your cocktail into the tall glass.
Top with tonic.
Garnish with remaining lime leaves.
