Lemon Simple Syrup
1 x Cup of water
1 x Cup of white sugar
2 x Lemons
1. Add water and sugar to a small pan and place on low heat.
2. Zest lemons into the same pan with either a grater or peeler.
3. Juice both lemons and add to the sugar water.
4. Add the the now juiced rinds of the lemons to the pan as well.
5. Bring to the boil slowly and simmer on a low heat for 10 mins.
6. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
7. Strain with a fine strainer.
