Yoga has been used for thousands of years as a means to achieve peace and balance of both body and mind.
In this 45 minute session, you will be guided through a series of postures curated to help achieve this balance. By focusing your mind on the movement of your breath, you will flow through postures while embodying a state of mindfulness, which can help with many of the adverse effects of our stressful lives such as anxiety and depression.
By stretching and moving the body, you are improving circulation, increasing flexibility and mobility, and relieving tension held in the tissues.
Participants will come away from a Yogease session feeling lighter and brighter.
