Connect with your team while exploring the wonderful world of cheese making with our fun and interactive Say Cheese! activity.

In partnership with CheeseMaker.ca, our high-end, we deliver customized Mozzarella kits to the doors of your event or guests. Contents include; cheesecloth, cheese salt, citric acid, a thermometer, and rennet tablets, and there’s enough to make cheese 40 times!

Either in a live setting or using an online platform like Zoom or something similar, the activity starts with a fun-themed ice breaker and an introduction from our Lead facilitator and Fromager. Guided by our experts, guests then get down to the serious challenge of making the cheese, raising temperatures, and adding ingredients as they go; patience is key to success.

While participants wait for their cheese to set and switch engagement levels, we search for who the Cheese Whizz is with our interactive Quiz. This is an entertaining and competitive halftime show! The final part of this experience allows guests to get creative with their curds, cutting and creating shapes as they go. As well, we can offer this event as a virtual, hybrid, live in-person version, or as an appreciation kit/gift.
