iBuild is an engaging team building activity where teams create a replica of a model or building without looking at it. In addition, this game is a perfect tool for fostering networking and teamwork within any organization, especially if your have staff who haven’t worked together before.
We’re confident that iBuild is a great fit for any team member, regardless of personality type or age. Similarly, we can run this team building activity indoors or outdoors, between 1.5 - 3 hours, with a minimum of 5 players with no upper limit on team size.
Next, to be successful, teams must rely on communication and collaboration. Further, every participant plays a vital role in the success of their team. Team members are split into small groups and given a role in the communication chain. In the end, the goal is to build a model from specific elements with a particular strategy within a limited amount of time.
