Human Skills

1 Day

Teams embark on an exciting journey to uncover the true essence of human skills through real-life adventures.

In Human Skills, teams are equipped with GPS-enabled iPads, guiding them to checkpoints where they choose their own paths and explore skills at their own pace. With levels ranging from basic to expert, teams can dive deep into one skill or tackle a variety for a broader experience. Each checkpoint offers real-world scenarios, pushing teams to think creatively and apply their newfound skills to the world around them.

As they progress, their journey is tracked in real-time, allowing the facilitator to create a powerful, personalized debrief at the end. By stepping out of the meeting room and into the world, teams engage in dynamic challenges that build empathy, decision-making, and trust. With limited time, they must decide whether to master a few skills or gain a wider understanding, just as managers face in everyday business. Itโ€™s an adventure that makes learning come to life!
