Hit Factory is a fast-paced, digital team-building experience where creativity meets cutting-edge technology. In just 2–3 hours, teams collaborate to write lyrics, compose a song, and produce a music video—powered by AI tools.
The experience begins with an inspiring video on the history of music creation, setting the stage for an exciting and immersive journey. Teams access step-by-step guides via QR codes, which link directly to AI-powered music and video production tools, keeping the entire process seamless, engaging, and paper-free.
The process includes four key stages:
1. Crafting lyrics
2. Learning video production
3. Composing a soundtrack with AI
4. Shooting and editing a music video
Teams first split into lyricists and video creators, then come back together to generate a custom song using an AI music chatbot. They can experiment with genre, mood, and style, reviewing up to 10 versions before selecting the final track.
Next, teams use TikTok to create their music video, download it, and submit it for group viewing and voting. The session concludes with a showcase of all videos and a vote to crown the best Hit Song of the day!
