iBuild is an engaging team-building activity that enhances effective communication within teams. In this 60-90 minute lunch and learn session, participants create a replica of a model or building without being able to see it, fostering improved networking and teamwork.
Suitable for all team members and conducted both indoors and outdoors, teams of 5 or more work together to achieve the goal, with no upper limit on team size.
Success relies heavily on communication and collaboration, with each participant playing a crucial role in the communication chain. The objective is to build a model from specific elements using a particular strategy within a limited amount of time.
After completing the activity, participants engage in a facilitated discussion and debrief session. This allows them to reflect on their communication strategies, share insights, and discuss how to apply these skills in their daily work environment. The debrief helps reinforce key lessons learned and encourages continued exploration of effective communication practices.
