Dragon Squad is a creative team building challenge where collaboration, imagination, and coordination come to life. Teams work together to design and build a Chinese dragon, then choreograph and perform a dragon dance complete with music, rhythm, and movement.
As the challenge unfolds, teams practice planning, problem-solving, and role allocation, learning how to balance creativity with structure and teamwork. The experience highlights the importance of communication, shared leadership, and cross-functional cooperation, encouraging participants to contribute their strengths while working toward a common goal.
The program culminates in energetic dragon dance performances and a winning team announcement, creating a powerful sense of accomplishment and team pride. Participants leave feeling energised, connected, and inspired by what they created together. Perfect for corporate team building, conferences, leadership development, and energising large groups.
