Strong communication requires more than speaking clearly. It also demands courage, presence, and emotional awareness. This workplace communication workshop introduces the BRAVELY framework. It helps participants engage in honest, empathetic, and effective conversations, even when emotions run high.
Participants move beyond theory by getting on their feet and practising these skills in real time. This isn’t about memorizing scripts. Instead, it develops the “conversational fitness” needed to handle unexpected situations. By the end of the session, participants will have experienced the BRAVELY framework in action.
