Collaboration: The Domino Effect

In this 60-90 minute lunch and learn session, participants engage in an exciting team-building activity focused on enhancing team collaboration and demonstrating how effective teamwork can improve your business's bottom line. The activity, called "The Domino Effect," challenges each team to create their very own giant Domino masterpiece, complete with unique intricacies and adaptations.

The session begins with teams competing for various items, such as light bulbs, books, balls, and pins, that will be included in their domino structure. Once the items are secured, teams receive the dominoes and other materials they have earned to build their masterpieces. Each team's piece of the puzzle counts, and the coordination and connection between each team's domino runs ultimately ensure the success of the whole group.

After completing the activity, participants engage in a facilitated discussion and debrief session. This allows them to reflect on their collaboration strategies, share insights on effective teamwork, and discuss how to apply these skills in their daily work environment. The debrief helps reinforce key lessons learned and encourages participants to continue exploring team collaboration practices that can enhance business performance.
